Further analyses, figures, and subgroup results from the COX-2 inhibitor meta-analysis study are available upon request from the authors. However, because of the large volume of requests, we have developed the following structure for requesting results and tabulations from additional analyses:
First, please note that additional forest plot figures of overall results of each COX-2 inhibitor are already freely available online. [see Cox2DrugReview.org index or left sidebar]
Also, please note that any such figures provided by courtesy are for personal use only. For any use in print, please see instructions for reprints (pending).
A) For single short requests for a meta-analysis forest plot figure of a subgroup result that currently appears numerically in the JAMA paper, please submit your request via email to the corresponding author and allow approximately 1-3 days for the requested figure.
B) For single short requests of a subgroup analysis that does NOT appear in the JAMA article of a previously tabulated population characteristic for an endpoint (peripheral edema, hypertension, renal dysfunction, or arrhythmia), please submit your request via email to the corresponding author and allow up to 1 week for the requested results.
C) For single short requests for a meta-analysis forest plot figure corresponding to a subgroup result that does NOT currently appear numerically in the JAMA paper, please submit your request via email to the corresponding author and allow up to 1-2 weeks for the requested results. Note, any such figures provided by courtesy are for personal use only. For any other use, please see instructions for reprints [available soon].
D) For all other extended data requests, please email the corresponding author to discuss. However, because of limited resources, we cannot necessarily guarantee we can satisfy all extensive requests.
